Pastor Emeritus Isaac M. Webb
Pastor Emeritus Isaac Mack Webb is the co-founder, along with his late wife Apostle Francene L. Webb, of Last Trumpet Call Ministries. Pastor Isaac, as he is called by most who know him, is a native of Washington DC. He enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1965, a month after graduating high school. After being discharged from the Air Force in 1969, he joined the Washing DC Metropolitan Police Department and worked for the DC Department of Corrections until 1977. He began attending the University of Wisconsin Baraboo/Sauk County campus in1978 and earned an AA degree in 1980.
Although his parents were true believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, he did not accept Christ as his Lord and Savior until just after his thirtieth birthday in August of 1977. Upon returning to the Washington DC metropolitan area in 1981, he worked for a Christian ministry, then based in Great Falls Virginia until 1988. He met Apostle Francene there. In 1988, he went to work for a large federal government contractor and retired in 2013.
After his marriage to Apostle Francene, he became a member of Evangel Temple located in the Northeast section of Washing DC. His wife was already in a position of leadership in ministry. Evangel Temple is now known as Evangel Cathedral of Upper Marlboro Maryland.
He received the majority of his ministerial training there. He was ordained a deacon and later licensed as a minister of the Gospel.
When God revealed Last Trumpet Call to Apostle Francene, he knew he was being called to walk beside and support her. The bishop and leadership of Evangel Cathedral laid hands on the Webb’s, blessed them and sent them out to do the work of the ministry. The first service was held in their town home in Clinton MD. Afterwards services were held in two locations in Washington DC and finally n Temple Hills MD for many years. Before Apostle Francene’s death on January 30, 2011, Ministers Keefe and Cheri Johnson were ordained as pastors of Last Trumpet Call Ministries. Pastor’s Johnson have honored Pastor Isaac Mack Webb with the title “Pastor Emeritus”.
